Fungus Prevention Tips

  1. Practice good hygiene daily.
  2. Wash you feet and body daily with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Wear loose fitting cloths that ventilate well.
  4. Change cloths, undergarments, and socks regularly to reduce the pretense of moisture.
  5. Use a quality body or foot powder to keep dry.
  6. Avoid bathing or walking barefoot in public showers or restrooms.


Fungus Treatment

Foot Fungus

  1. Keep feet clean and dry. Separate toes with cotton balls to increase air circulation.
  2. Apply Fungus Rx to affected areas.
  3. If infected, apply a topical antibiotic.
  4. Remove dead or scaled skin carefully for maximum treatment benefit.
  5. Re-apply Fungus Rx to affected areas.
  6. Keep affected areas clean and dry.
  7. Change socks regularly to reduce moisture.
  8. Ware sandals or open toed shoes if possible.
  9. Monitor for signs of an infection.
  10. Seek medical attention if toes or feet become infected.


Jock Itch

  1. Keep the groining area clean and dry changing underwear frequently.
  2. Wear loose fitting cotton underwear and outer garments to reduce moisture and improve air circulation.
  3. Apply Fungus Rx to affected areas.
  4. If infected, apply a topical antibiotic.
  5. Re-apply Fungus Rx to affected areas.
  6. Keep affected areas clean and dry.
  7. Change underwear regularly to reduce moisture.
  8. Ware loose fitting cotton clothing to improve air circulation and reduce moisture.

Nail Fungus

  1. Keep feet and toes clean and dry. Wear cotton socks or open toed shoes for increased air circulation.
  2. Apply Fungus Rx to affected areas.
  3. If infected, apply a topical antibiotic.
  4. Re-apply Fungus Rx to the nail and nail bed.
  5. Use a band aid as a Fungus Rx oil reservoir to improve oil penetration over the nail.
  6. Keep affected areas clean and dry.
  7. Change socks regularly to reduce moisture.
  8. Ware sandals or open toed shoes if possible.
  9. Monitor for signs of an infection.
  10. Seek medical attention if toes or feet become infected.


Fungus Treatment Tips

  1. Avoid direct contact with dirty or used clothing, towels, public showers or bathrooms.
  2. Wear loose fitting cotton clothing to reduce moistrue and improve air circulation.
  3. Keep Fungus Rx oil in contact with toe nails and toe nail bed. Soak band aid gauze and place over toe nail.
  4. Expose infected body location to sunlight to dry the area.
  5. Remove dead or scaled skin carefully to allow for maximum oil penetration.
  6. Re-apply Fungus Rx to affected areas a minimum of 3 times per day.
  7. Keep affected areas clean and dry.
  8. Change clothing, socks and underwear regularily.
