SHIPPING

We ship anywhere within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping cost is only estimated by our shopping cart and will be adjusted accordingly on your final invoice. All orders will ship within 48 hours. If for some reason your order is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail. If an incorrect address or zip code is entered for your order, or is rerouted from its original destination, the customer assumes the $5.00 USPS charge for the correction and agrees that Medicinal Remedies may charge this fee to their credit card. If we make the error, we pay the $5.00 charge.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

If the product is defective, you may return products within 30 days for a full refund. If the product does not perform as directed you may return the product for a full refund.

We can only guarantee secure transactions with orders placed directly from our website using our secure on-line ordering system. We cannot guarantee secure transactions for orders sent to us via e-mail. DO NOT e-mail your credit card number to us, that is an unsafe procedure.
